Insurance and other financial information
Shieldpay Ltd holds all applicable insurance policies to manage our business, including its subsidiaries. Our insurance is arranged through Aon Risk Solutions, Financial Services Group, The Aon Centre, The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3V 4AN.
Shieldpay Ltd is VAT registered in the United Kingdom under VAT Registration No. 269246766.
Shieldpay Ltd maintains relevant funds related to our payment services activities in a segregated safeguarded accounts held at our partner banks who are authorised credit institutions in the United Kingdom.
Client funds are protected from any interest in, recourse against, or right of set-off from the financial institution where Shieldpay holds client funds.
Shieldpay Ltd carries out external audits to demonstrate that it is safeguarding client funds in compliance with applicable regulations in the United Kingdom. These safeguard measures apply to the funds held by Shieldpay Ltd.
For avoidance of doubt the services that Shieldpay Ltd’s offers are not subject to Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection (FSCS).
